Answer: Natural selection could have played a factor if females in the Pleistocene period preferred mating with males that picked their noses. Or if males and females picked each other’s noses in a courtship ritual. If not then it probably is just a coincidence.

i always poke an animal with a stick..sometimes i would poke my friends too, just to see their reaction...
