Who says guys have it easy. A quick glance just at the restrictions imposed on guys' names is informative of the prejudices that run deep, against the unwanted Y chromosome.If one's surname happens to be Peacock, one's son can't be named Drew.
Richard tends to get abbreviated. Richard should not be found in a Hertz or a Rasch family.
If however, Skok is the last name...just do what you like.
